Right, tomorrow I make my British TV debut. I will be appearing on Britain’s Best Dish on ITV at 5pm.
My dish is a Rhubarb and Custard Tart with an Orange Blossom Cream. Here is a prototype:
I am sure to make an absolute arse of myself so please do all watch and heckle!
